· In June (to date), our main shelter supported guests with 770 guests in comparison to 967 guests for the total month of June 2025. May 2026, 1131, guests were completed compared to 929 in May 2025.
· 30 new guests (24 male / 6 female) for the first three weeks of June. Total for May 2026 was 22 new guests to OOTC.
· The above bed count does not include our Olive Branch shelter which remained at full capacity.
Olive Branch
· Our seniors Olive Branch remains at full capacity currently operating at 110%.
· We have had two seniors move into housing in the month of June and two additional seniors scheduled to move out June 30.
· We continue to stretch to provide services with nursing/care aide attendance four times per day for current in-house seniors.
Outreach Activities
· Our Outreach team provides Intensive Case Management support for both our overnight and Olive Branch guests.
· In June (to date), our team made 1060 connections (May total was 1701)

· 106 Support Agencies connections
· 6 with the hospital
· 1 with the RCMP
The Outreach team continues to attend HEART meetings, focusing on outreach process planning, housing support, referral meetings, and community action meetings.
